How to request deletion

Send an email to skinner.colinm@gmail.com from the email address tied to your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”.

What gets deleted

• Your account record (name, email, profile image, password hash).
• Every sale, listing, variant suggestion, forum post, and listing you've submitted.
• Photos you uploaded with submissions (receipts, book condition).
• Login event records associated with your account.

Timeline

We process deletion requests within 14 daysof receiving the email. You'll get a confirmation reply when the deletion is complete.

Facebook users

If you signed in with Facebook and want to revoke our app's access without deleting your data on our site, go to Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites, find “Stephen King True Value,” and remove it. Note that this only revokes future Facebook sign-ins; data you've already submitted to the Site stays unless you also email us using the request above.
